Weekend stuff

This past weekend we took it easy. My Mom and Allie came up Saturday to hanging out while Rob and Chris were looking over other things on his car.A bunch of neighbors stopped by and Aaron and his friend Jason came by for awhile too. So that was nice. It was a pretty nice and relaxed weekend for us. We got some stuff done and we are planning for our trip. Before we know it, it will be here!

My Mom and Allie had got Chris and Jim goodies. A get well gift for Chris and a thank you for Jimmy!

Sunday we just did things around the house! We wanted some flowers outside so we bought a hanging plant. Since we are leaving we didn't want to get to many flowers. We figured Jim could keep one alive for us.... or so we hope! Last year we waited to long to get a hanging plant and they were all gone by the time we went to get one so this year we got one early!

*If you notice the paint around the door is messed up... it is! They are replacing the trim. Hopefully it will get painted soon.



Last summer we had to get sandals on to water because the bark hurts your feet so we decided to get steps. We also use to have a concrete water drain and it didn't fit so we got a new one. Trying to make the front of the house look better.

That was our weekend!


Monday Allie had a little skit at school and we all wanted to see it so we showed up to her class. It was SO cute. They did such a good job. The are acting out the Organ Trail. The outfits the girls are wearing were our cousins when she was little. She is now 41. SO these outfits have gotten there use!:) 3 generations.
